1. 本規約の適用
本規約は、PixApps（開発者：Yosuke Suzuki、以下「運営者」）が提供する Simple Games の利用条件を定めるものです。対象は次の2つで、本規約はどちらにも適用されます。
- アプリ版：Android アプリ「Simple Games: Offline Games」（以下「本アプリ」）。インストールまたは利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。
- ブラウザ版：pixapps.ai/simple-games/play/ で提供する版。ページを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。
以下、両版に共通する事項は「本サービス」と記載し、いずれか一方にのみあてはまる事項はその旨を明記します。
2. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、複数のクラシックゲームを1つに収めたゲーム集です。すべての盤面は端末内またはブラウザ内で生成されます。
- ゲーム機能はすべて無料です。ヒント、Undo、デイリーパズル、統計を含め、購入や広告の視聴によって解放される機能はありません。これは両版に共通する原則です。
- サブスクリプションはありません。
- 収録ゲームは、更新にあわせて追加・変更されることがあります。
- アプリ版はインターネット接続もアカウント登録もなしに動作します。ブラウザ版はアカウント登録は不要ですが、初回アクセス時にファイルのダウンロードが必要です。
3. 広告
本サービスは広告により運営されています。広告の内容は Google および広告主が決定するものであり、運営者は個々の広告の内容について保証しません。広告の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。
- アプリ版：端末がオンラインのとき、Google AdMob が配信する小さなバナー広告を表示することがあります。オフラインのときは広告を表示せず、広告リクエストも行いません。
- ブラウザ版：Google AdSense が広告を配信します。画面下部に固定されるバー、ゲーム一覧、および一部のリザルト画面に表示され、プレイ中のゲームを止める広告はありません。オフラインのときは広告を表示せず、広告リクエストも行いません。
4. アプリ内購入（アプリ版のみ）
本アプリのアプリ内購入は、バナー広告を永久に削除する任意の1商品のみです。サブスクリプションではなく一度だけの購入で、ゲーム機能を解放するものではありません。ブラウザ版では販売を行っておらず、この条項は適用されません。
- 購入・支払い・返金の処理は、すべて配信ストア（Google Play。将来 iOS で提供される場合は Apple App Store）が行います。返金は各ストアのポリシーに従い、運営者が個別に対応することはできません。
- 購入状態は端末内にキャッシュされ、再インストールや機種変更のあとはストアの購入復元によって引き継げます。ストアのアカウントが異なる場合は復元できません。
- 広告の非表示は購入時点以降の本アプリに適用されます。本アプリの提供が終了した場合の取り扱いは第7条によります。
5. データの取り扱い
ゲームの進行状況・統計・設定は、お使いの端末内またはブラウザ内にのみ保存されます。クラウド同期はなく、運営者は本サービスのためのサーバーを運用していません。アプリ版とブラウザ版のあいだでデータは共有されません。したがって次のような場合にゲームデータが失われても、運営者はこれを復元できません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- アプリ版：アプリの削除、設定の「ローカルデータを削除」の実行、端末の初期化、機種変更など。
- ブラウザ版：設定の「ローカルデータを削除」の実行、ブラウザのサイトデータ削除、シークレットモードの終了、別のブラウザや端末からのアクセスなど。
6. 知的財産権とソースコード
本アプリのソースコードは GitHub で Apache License 2.0 のもとに公開しています。ライセンスの条件に従う限り、利用・改変・再配布ができます。
- 「Simple Games」「PixApps」の名称、ロゴ、アイコン、ストア掲載用ブランド素材は、Apache License 2.0 第6条によりライセンスの対象外です。第三者はソースコードからビルドできますが、そのビルドを公式版として提示することはできません。
- 本アプリを、法令に違反する目的、または他者の権利を侵害する目的で利用してはなりません。
7. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、不具合がないこと、すべての端末で動作することを保証しません。運営者は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。
運営者は、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の一時停止、または提供の終了を行うことがあります。可能な場合は事前に告知します。
8. 本規約の変更
運営者は、合理的な理由がある場合、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、その後も本アプリを利用した場合は変更に同意したものとみなします。
9. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本規約または本アプリに関連して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Simple Games, provided by PixApps (developer: Yosuke Suzuki, "we"). They cover both of the following:
- The app — the Android app "Simple Games: Offline Games". By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.
- The browser version — at pixapps.ai/simple-games/play/. By using that page, you agree to these terms.
Below, anything that holds for both is written as "Simple Games"; anything that applies to only one says so.
2. What Simple Games is
Simple Games is a collection of classic games in one place. Every board is generated on your device or in your browser.
- Every game feature is free, including hints, undo, daily puzzles and statistics. Nothing is unlocked by paying or by watching an ad. This holds for both versions.
- There are no subscriptions.
- The games included may be added to or changed as Simple Games is updated.
- The app runs without an internet connection and without an account. The browser version needs no account either, but has to download its files on a first visit.
3. Advertising
Simple Games is supported by advertising. Ad content is determined by Google and its advertisers; we make no warranty about individual ads. See the privacy policy for how advertising is handled.
- The app: while your device is online, it may show a small banner ad served by Google AdMob. When offline, no ads are shown and no ad requests are made.
- The browser version: ads are served by Google AdSense — a bar anchored to the bottom of the screen, one on the game list, and one on some result screens. No ad interrupts a game in progress. When offline, no ads are shown and no ad requests are made.
4. In-app purchase (the app only)
The app offers a single optional in-app purchase that permanently removes banner ads. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it unlocks no game features. The browser version sells nothing, so this section does not apply to it.
- Payment and refunds are handled entirely by the store (Google Play, and the Apple App Store if the app becomes available on iOS). Refunds follow that store's policy; we cannot process them ourselves.
- The purchase is cached on your device and can be restored through the store after reinstalling or switching devices. It cannot be restored under a different store account.
- Ad removal applies to the app from the time of purchase onward. If the app is discontinued, section 7 applies.
5. Your data
Game progress, statistics and settings are stored only on your device or in your browser. There is no cloud sync and we operate no server for Simple Games. Data is not shared between the app and the browser version. If your data is lost in any of the ways below, we cannot restore it. See the privacy policy for details.
- The app: deleting the app, using "Reset Local Data", resetting your device, or switching devices.
- The browser version: using "Reset Local Data", clearing site data in your browser, ending a private-browsing session, or opening it in a different browser or on a different device.
6. Intellectual property and source code
The app's source code is published on GitHub under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify and redistribute it under that license.
- The "Simple Games" and "PixApps" names, logos, icons and store brand assets are not covered by that license (Apache-2.0 §6). Anyone may build the app from source, but such a build may not be presented as the official release.
- You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose, free of defects, or functional on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
We may change the app, suspend it, or discontinue it. Where possible, we will give notice beforehand.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms where there is reasonable cause. A revision takes effect when it is posted on this page, and continued use of the app after that constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
