プライバシーポリシー
本プライバシーポリシーは、アプリ「PixTale」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「運営者」）が、ユーザーの情報をどのように取り扱うかについて説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報とその利用目的
本アプリは、「プライバシー重視」と「アカウント不要のスマート設計」を採用しています。会員登録やログイン、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報の入力は必要なく、運営者がユーザーの個人情報を直接収集することはありません。
ただし、以下の特定機能を利用する場合にのみ、データが送信または処理されます。
- AI鑑定機能 / AI画像生成機能:
ユーザーが自発的にカメラで撮影、またはアップロードした画像やテキストは、AI解析サービス（Google Gemini API等）に送信されます。
- 通常モード（月額サブスク等）: 運営者の安全なAPIプロキシサーバーを経由して送信されます。運営者側で画像や入力内容をAIの学習目的に永続保存・収集することはありません。
- 魔導回路（エコモード/買い切りプラン）: ユーザー自身が登録したGoogle AI StudioのAPIキーを使用し、ユーザーのデバイスから直接Google社のAPIエンドポイントへ送信されます。この場合、データは運営者のサーバーを一切経由しません。
- アプリ内決済と購入確認: 有料プラン（月額サブスクリプション、買い切りプラン等）の決済および購入状態の確認（RevenueCat経由）において、プラットフォーム（Apple App Store / Google Play）の匿名化されたトランザクションID等が処理されます。運営者がクレジットカード情報や氏名などの個人情報を取得・保持することはありません。
- 広告配信（無料枠エナジー回復等）: 無料での追加利用枠（エナジー回復）等を提供するため、第三者の広告配信サービス（Google AdMob）を利用しています。広告配信事業者は、パーソナライズド広告のためにデバイス識別子等の情報を収集することがあります。EEA（欧州経済領域）および英国等のユーザーは、アプリ内の設定からいつでも同意を変更または撤回できます。
- アナリティクス: アプリの品質向上や不具合修正のため、Google Firebase Analytics等を利用し、利用画面や機能の使用状況（匿名化された利用統計データ）を取得する場合があります。これらに個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。
2. データの保存とバックアップについて（重要）
プレイ記録（クロニクル）、設定データ、所持エナジーなどのユーザーデータは、すべてユーザーのデバイス内（ローカルデータベース）に安全に保存されます。運営者がこれらのデータに直接アクセスすることはありません。
アカウント登録不要の設計であるため、運営者のサーバー上にユーザーデータは保存されません。そのため、アプリのアンインストールや端末の紛失・故障の際、運営者が直接データを特定し、手動で復旧・復元することはできません。
OSの標準バックアップ機能（iOSのiCloudバックアップ、AndroidのGoogleドライブ自動バックアップ等）を利用して、新しい端末へデータを引き継ぐことは可能ですが、バックアップの有無や完全性についてはユーザーご自身の責任で管理をお願いいたします。
3. 第三者への提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合や、上記に明記したAI機能・広告配信・決済処理のためのデータ送信を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
4. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
5. 変更と改定
運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内の通知等でお知らせいたします。
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the developer of PixTale ("the App") handles your information. In this document, "we", "us", and "the Operator" refer to the individual developer of the App.
1. Data Collection and Usage
The App is designed with a privacy-first, account-free approach. We do not require account registration, login, or any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name or email address.
However, certain features require data transmission or processing through external services:
- AI Appraisal & Image Generation:
Images and texts you submit are sent to AI processing services (such as Google Gemini API).
- Standard Mode (Monthly Subscription, etc.): Data is transmitted via the Operator's secure API proxy. We do not permanently store or collect your images or inputs for AI training purposes.
- Mana Conduit (Eco Mode / Lifetime Plan): Data is transmitted directly from your device to Google's API endpoints using the Google AI Studio API key you provide. In this mode, no data passes through our servers.
- In-App Purchases & Verification: For purchasing paid plans (Monthly Subscription, Lifetime Plan, etc.) and verifying purchase status (via RevenueCat), anonymous transaction identifiers from the platforms (Apple App Store / Google Play) are processed. The Operator does not obtain or store your billing details, credit card numbers, or real name.
- Advertising (Including Reward Ads for Energy Recovery): The App uses Google AdMob to display ads and offer free additional usage quotas. Advertising providers may collect device identifiers and similar data for personalized advertising. Users in the EEA and UK can manage or revoke their consent for personalized ads at any time via the settings menu in the App.
- Analytics: We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as screens visited, features used, and crash logs) to improve app quality. No PII is collected.
2. Data Storage and Backup (Important)
All application data, including your chronicle records, settings, and energy balance, is stored in a local database on your device. We do not have access to your data.
Because the App is account-free, no user data is stored on our servers. Therefore, if you uninstall the App or lose/damage your device, we cannot locate, restore, or recover your data manually.
Data transfer to a new device is possible using the OS standard backup and restore functions (such as iOS iCloud backup or Android Google Drive auto-backup). Users are responsible for managing their own backups.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide the AI features, payment verification, and advertising described above, or when required by applicable law.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Changes to This Policy
The Operator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
