Google Sheets との双方向同期 Two-Way Google Sheets Sync

連絡先はまず端末内へ保存されます。Google Sheets連携を有効にした場合は、同期操作によってユーザー自身のスプレッドシートと双方向で共有できます。既存シートの列構成がPixWorkの仕様と一致していれば、そのまま選択できます。一致していない場合は、列を調整するか、新しいPixWork用シートへデータを移します。 Contacts are saved on the device first. Google APIの利用目的

PixWorkがGoogle Drive/Sheetsへのアクセスを要求するのは、ユーザーがGoogle Sheets（スプレッドシート）同期機能を有効にした場合のみです。要求するのは最小権限スコープ「drive.file」だけで、アクセスできるのはPixWorkが作成したシートと、ユーザーがGoogle Pickerで明示的に選択したシートに限られます。

ユーザーの許可に基づき、名刺から作成された連絡先情報を、ユーザーが指定または作成したGoogleスプレッドシートへ読み書きする目的でGoogle APIを利用します。

スプレッドシートの行データは、ユーザーのデバイスとGoogleのAPIとの間で直接送受信され、PixAppsのサーバーには保存されません。Sheets連携を有効化した場合のみ、アクセスを自動更新するためのGoogleリフレッシュトークンをAES-GCMで暗号化してサーバーに保管します（連携解除またはアカウント削除で失効・削除されます）。Googleユーザーデータを広告目的で利用することはありません。

How PixWork Uses Google API Data

PixWork requests Google Drive/Sheets access only when a user enables Google Sheets synchronization. It requests only the minimal "drive.file" scope, which is limited to spreadsheets PixWork creates and spreadsheets the user explicitly selects via the Google Picker.

With the user’s permission, PixWork uses Google APIs to read and write contact information to a Google spreadsheet selected or created by the user.

Spreadsheet row data travels directly between the user’s device and Google’s APIs and is not stored on PixApps servers. Only when Sheets sync is enabled, a Google refresh token is stored server-side, encrypted with AES-GCM, solely to silently renew Sheets access (revoked and deleted on disconnect or account deletion). Google user data is not used for advertising purposes.

Q. 名刺データはどこに保存されますか？ Q. Where is my contact data saved?

確認して保存した連絡先と会社データは、まず端末内のデータベース（IndexedDB）に保存されます。確定した連絡先とスプレッドシートの行データを、PixAppsのサーバーへ連絡先データベースとして恒久保存することはありません。ただし、AI名刺解析を実行した場合は撮影画像が、Company Briefを実行した場合は会社名が、PixAppsプロキシ経由で外部のAI・Web検索サービスへ送信され、リアルタイムで処理されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。端末を紛失・機種変更した場合に備えるには、Google Sheets同期を有効にしておいてください。 Contacts and company records you reviewed and saved are stored in a local database (IndexedDB) on your device first. Q. 端末の連絡先アプリへ保存できますか？ Q. Can PixWork save to my phone’s contacts app?

Androidでは、電話番号のある保存済み連絡先をPixWork専用アカウント配下へ一方向で書き出せます。iOSではOS連絡先への書き出しは現在利用できません。端末の連絡先アプリ側で編集した内容がPixWorkへ戻ることはありません。 On Android, saved contacts with a phone number can be exported one way to a PixWork-managed account. OS contact export is not currently available on iOS. Edits made in the phone’s own contacts app do not come back into PixWork.
