利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約は、名刺から連絡先を作成・管理するアプリ「PixWork」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービスの概要とAI・企業情報の免責事項
本アプリは、名刺のAI読み取り、読み取り結果の確認・修正、端末内での連絡先管理を中心に、任意のGoogle Sheets同期、QRによる連絡先交換、および会社情報リサーチ機能「Company Brief」を提供するツールです。
- 名刺のAI読み取り結果は、保存前にユーザーが確認・修正することを前提としています。運営者は、読み取り結果の完全性・正確性を保証しません。
- Company Brief は、ユーザーが明示的に実行したときにのみ動作し、Web検索結果をもとに外部のAIサービスが会社概要、強み、ニュース等を要約するものです。出力には推測的な内容やAIによる解釈が含まれる場合があり、情報の絶対的な完全性・正確性・リアルタイム性を保証するものではありません。
- 本アプリで得られた結果に基づき行われたユーザーの取引、営業判断、投資等のいかなる意思決定およびその結果について、運営者は一切の法的・道義的責任を負いません。最終的な事実確認は、元の情報源や公的なデータベース等を用いてユーザーご自身の責任で実行してください。
- 本アプリの機能構成は変更される場合があります。現時点で提供している機能の詳細は、アプリ内の表示およびPixWork 活用ガイドを正とします。
2. 料金プランと課金
本アプリでは、以下の料金プランおよび買い切り商品を提供しています。いずれも各プラットフォーム（App Store / Google Play）の決済機能を介して支払われます。現在の価格は、アプリ内の表示またはお住まいの地域のアプリストアの表示を正とします。本ページには価格を掲載していません。
- Free プラン: 無料。Googleアカウントでログインして利用します（PixWork専用のパスワードは不要）。名刺スキャンと保存前の確認・修正、端末内での連絡先管理、QRによる連絡先交換、Google Sheets同期を含みます。一部の画面にバナー広告（Google AdMob）が表示されます。
- Plus プラン (自動更新サブスクリプション): 月額商品と年額商品があります。バナー広告の非表示、複数一括スキャン、および拡大された名刺スキャン枠を含みます。
- Company Brief 10回チケットパック (買い切り・消耗型): 会社情報リサーチ「Company Brief」の実行枠を10回分付与する消耗型（Consumable）の買い切り商品です。Free / Plus のいずれのプランでも購入・利用でき、サブスクリプションではないため自動更新はありません。
【自動更新について（Plus プラン）】
- Plus サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにプラットフォーム設定画面等から解約（自動更新の停止）されない限り、同期間・同料金で自動的に更新され課金されます。
- 解約手続きを行った後も、契約済みの有効期間の終了までは有料プランの機能をご利用いただけます。
- Company Brief チケットパックは消耗型の買い切り商品であり、自動更新・定期課金はありません。
3. スキャン上限・リサーチ実行枠の規定
- 名刺スキャンには、プランごとの上限が設定されています。現行仕様では Free が生涯累計3件、Plus が月200件です。これらの数値は変更される場合があり、最終的にはアプリ内の表示を正とします。
- Company Brief はチケット制です。プランに月間の無料実行枠は含まれず、ユーザーが実行を選ぶたびにチケットを1枚消費します。チケットの付与・残数は運営者のシステムで管理されます。
- 不正なツールを用いたAPIの大量コールや負荷テストなど、運営のシステムおよびAPIの許容範囲を超える行為を行った場合、運営者は予告なく該当アカウントの利用を一時停止または永久停止する権利を留保します。
4. Google Sheets同期における免責
チーム共有同期機能は、クライアントサイドからGoogle Drive APIを直接呼び出すことで同期を行います。この同期処理における、データのマージ競合、空白や表記揺れの自動補完、ユーザー自身のGoogleアカウント設定エラー、スプレッドシートの手動破壊、データ損失その他一切の不利益について、運営者はデータ自体を保持・検知できないため、何らの復元や補償義務を負いません。同期設定およびスプレッドシートのバックアップはユーザー自身の責任において管理するものとします。
5. 知的財産権および利用制限
本アプリに関するプログラム、UIデザイン、ドキュメント等の知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆アセンブル、または本アプリを用いた他者への詐欺・脅迫行為を行ってはなりません。
6. 規約の変更
運営者は、合理的な理由がある場合、いつでも本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本LPに掲載された時点で効力を生じ、ユーザーがその後もアプリを継続使用した場合は同意したものとみなされます。
7. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本規約に関連して発生する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PixWork mobile/web application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services & AI Corporate Fact Disclaimers
The App reads business cards with AI, lets you review and correct the result, and manages the resulting contacts on your device. It also offers optional Google Sheets synchronization, QR contact exchange, and a company research feature ("Company Brief").
- AI card readings are designed to be reviewed and corrected by you before they are saved. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of a reading.
- Company Brief runs only when you explicitly start it. External AI and web-search services summarize company information, strengths, and recent news from web search results. The output may contain speculative content and AI interpretation, and we do not guarantee its absolute completeness, accuracy, or real-time validity.
- We assume no liability or responsibility for any commercial transactions, sales decisions, financial partnerships, or business losses resulting from the use of the App or reliance on its generated output. Users are solely responsible for executing secondary due diligence, against the original sources, before making final corporate decisions.
- The App's feature set may change. For what the App currently offers, the in-app screens and the PixWork Guide are authoritative.
2. Pricing & Billing
The App offers the following plans and one-time purchases, billed via standard app store ecosystems (Apple App Store / Google Play). See the current localized price in the app or your regional app store; prices are not listed on this page.
- Free Plan: Free. Sign in with your Google account (no separate PixWork password required). Includes card scanning with review and correction before saving, on-device contact management, QR contact exchange, and Google Sheets synchronization. Banner ads (Google AdMob) are displayed on selected screens.
- Plus Plan (auto-renewing subscription): Monthly and annual products are offered. Includes no banner ads, batch scanning, and a larger card scan allowance.
- Company Brief 10-Pack (one-time consumable purchase): A consumable purchase granting 10 executions of "Company Brief" company research. Purchasable and usable on either the Free or the Plus plan; it is not a subscription and never auto-renews.
【Auto-Renewal & Cancellation (Plus Plan)】
- The Plus subscription **automatically renews** under the same pricing and period terms unless cancelled at least **24 hours prior** to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid tier features until the current pre-paid cycle naturally expires.
- The Company Brief ticket pack is a one-time consumable purchase; it does not auto-renew and involves no recurring billing.
3. Scan Limits & Research Credits
- Business card scanning is limited per plan. Under the current specification, Free allows 3 cards lifetime and Plus allows 200 cards per month. These figures may change, and the in-app screen is authoritative.
- Company Brief is ticket-based. Plans include no monthly free allowance; each run you start consumes one ticket. Ticket grants and balances are managed by our systems.
- Any attempt to abuse, load-test, or perform automated script callouts that saturate our system APIs will result in immediate temporary or permanent account suspension without prior warning.
4. Spreadsheets Synchronization Disclaimer
Our team synchronization uses direct client-to-Google OAuth pipelines. Because we never store, mirror, or inspect your private sheets or contact fields, we are legally exempt from any liability relating to synchronization conflicts, manual alterations, sheet structural deletions, data corruption, or loss of contact lists. Users are strictly advised to manage their own Google account permissions and regular Google Sheets backups.
5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Actions
All source code, designs, and branding of the App belong to the Operator. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App's network pipelines for any fraudulent or competitive reverse-engineered practices.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued usage of the App after term updates are posted on our website indicates your absolute binding consent to the new EULA terms.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively by the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
